First of all they came out the very next day to give me a quote, then I was promised my new unit would be in by 6pm the next day and it was done by 3pm. Everyone was very nice, very professional and answered every question I had. They stayed around an extra hour just to make sure everything was working perfectly! The unit we bought exceeded our expectations and we are very pleased with the whole process. They were referred to me by many people and they still surprised me with the level of customer satisfaction. My house has NEVER felt better. Thank you Jon Wayne.
