John Wayne always has professionals answering maintenance and repair calls. Today was the annual checkup for our HVAC system, our electric system, and our plumbing systems. Jackie arrived on time. He was professional and courteous. He performed the routein checks very ubobtrusively. When finished he explained everything he had found and encouraged us to use our Whole House Rescue service to get the projects we want completed. My husband and I felt secure with Jackie in our home.
