Grant picked the four of us up at our resort's main office @ 09:00. It was then some introductions and then off up the hill, to Kona coffee plantation. Had a tour of the site and was able to pick fresh fruit up, oranges, lemons, banana's, etc. We had a nice sandwich, soda, and crisps here. Was an organic farm so you had to watch where you stepped. Next a drive towards the Volcano. A history of the Island and then a stop far South, at a bakery, which was excellent. The Volcano which was letting off steam and a red glow. Dinner at a nice spot near the Volcano, then the drive home. A bit pricey, and, a long day, some 12 hours, but Grant was an excellent host, and a very good driver. If you go, it would be a very long drive to do it yourself, so highly recommend K Adventures!
