Very frustrating apparel experience. They didn t have my size in store. They couldn t order in store. I had to order online. The item was placed on backorder for months. The item was then apparently then discontinued. They shipped a replacement item which I didn t want. Charged me for the item. All of this occurred over 4 months with several phone calls, un-returned voicemails, unanswered emails, unhelpful staff, and finally someone who DIDN T CARR that I was dissatisfied. If it weren t frustrating enough trying to find GT apparel here in GA, our own store being this bad is unexplainable.
