The emergency room or rescue center is an ABSOLUTE...

The emergency room or rescue center is an ABSOLUTE disaster. After more than 5 hours of waiting with pain and REPEATLY unsuccessful question about a possibility to lie down, no doctor has been seen. The picture is rounded off by inept and unfriendly staff. If it were up to me, there would be no star at all.
