Spectacular place in the city. Guided tours are free, in English or French, every so often and very interesting and explanatory. They last approximately half an hour and then allow you to visit the parliament at your leisure. You can look out to see the Parliament sessions as a public and also go up to the tower from which there are great views of the city.
