I have been AN EXTREMELY LOYAL Finish Line customer for over 20 years. 98% of the shoes that I've purchased are Air Max and some Jordan's for my sons. Over the past 2 years I had not received ANY of my Rewards Circle Coupons. I'd been in the store several times til they told me to call the 1800# and they'd take care of it because they are good with loyal customers. I called and called and never got anything accomplished. So in Nov I called again knowing that I had spent SEVERAL HUNDRED dollars over the last year or so. The lady I spoke to said oh wow you've not been issued anything since 2016 because of a technical error, that they'd straighten out my card and that I was owed $240.00 in rewards because I spent over 2000.00 in the last 2 yrs and the 2 they never sent me for my birthday. I said great it's about time. She told me it'd take 3-5 days with tech support to fix my account but that my coupons would be sent out. I gave it about a month and checked back and it was still a working process. It's now been nearly 3 months and NOW they are telling me that I am only going to get $60.00 in rewards that it's their policy to only allow that amount in the time of my last purchases and that they were sorry. I'm thinking no that's b.s. I'm owed a pair of damn shoes since it's their "admitted" fault I never received my stuff even after my several contacts to them to get this fixed. I spoke to 3 different people today and the supervisor was the worst. Not only could I barely understand any of them but he literally basically just told me I was S.O.L. that they have a policy they have to stick to and I'd only get the $60. I've got over 10 pair of air max in my closet right now and I'm no longer going to shop at Finish Line EVER Again. I've always given this company props for service and shoes etc but now I realize it's all garbage. I want a corporate #!!!!!
I would literally give NEGATIVE STARS AT THIS POINT.
