The big slide is fun and the centre's Good but the amount of people they let in the pool is rediculous as you can never get in the sauna, jacuzzi, slides or anything. No room to swim in the wave pool without bumping into people and I know it's a popular place but they should have timed sessions or band system because I love coming to this place to use the leisure pool and snake slide etc but I go to another one now purely because I feel I get better value for money. Changing rooms and toilets I find sometimes are clean and sometimes a bit scuzzy with old bags, tissues etc. Will go somewhere else I think. Sometimes they have the snake slide open all the time but on this crowded day when they didn't there was the problem of people wanting to do it all at once as if it was open all the time we could relax a bit. There was wee all over the floor as well in the toilets.

I even tried to tell them on the enquiries/complaints form but they didn't reply or anything. I must admit I can say I'm never doing it again (Unless something's done)
