I am SO DISAPPOINTED. Booked 2 rooms in plenty of...

I am SO DISAPPOINTED. Booked 2 rooms in plenty of time, made a SIMPLE request of our rooms to be adjoining. Called 2 to 3 times, even today of check in and practically begged, letting them know how IMPORTANT it was that our rooms were adjoining. Thats all we wanted. Checked in and NOPE. When we called this morning, was told plenty of people were checking out and should not be a problem. But NOPE. We came back cause we enjoyed our stay previously. Not too sure we will return. If a simple request cant be filled.
