After having sour experience at this places..I got a call from Joe who is the owner of this Honda facility and he really got my attention and rectify the situation. I m really glad that Joe took proper initiative to make things right. I really appreciate how the dealership work hard to make things right. I know people have posted low rating but please talk to Joe and see if the situation can get under control. This is a phenomenal place since owner is taking personal interest in customer and serve them better. Therefore, there is a silver lining with the situation and my opinion changed from hated it to loved it. I would certainly recommend people to make their next car shop. The management team will try their best to help you get the best deal. Also, thanks to Johnny Mayfield with assistant throughout the process. Thank you very much!
