Thank you, doesn't seem quite fitting to express our sincerest gratitude to Linda Dearing Mortgage Team (Linda & Katie).

Less than two months ago, we were looking into rentals, and I happened to call a realtor about a property online. I had no idea that phone call would be lifechanging and how amazing she (Stephanie Watkins) would be. Honestly, we didn't think we were in a position to buy, but Stephanie put us in contact with Linda and Katie, who moved mountains to make sure we were able to. Katie worked day in and day out to make sure we did everything we needed to do to ensure there were no issues with our approval. Once we completed everything, they were able to get us to close in less than three weeks.

Our dream of homeownership has now become a reality. This morning we signed our closing forms, and our family will be celebrating the holidays in our new home.

So from the bottom of my heart, thank you. You have blessed us more than you will ever know.
