Customer service and satisfaction is ONLY important when you are buying the car. The service department all the way up to the manager Dale Greathouse, is poor at best. Information given is very limited. There is no follow up information provided to the customer. When you have to drive over because your phone call nor emails are returned and are met with rudeness from the manager, that's when I draw the line. And absolutely no apologies for being rude and inefficient. My husband and I have been a customers for 12 years. NO MORE, there are many local dealerships that treat loyal customers with respect and courtesy. Unlike Honda World.
