Decided to make a change. Visited the Route 46 Jeep dealer on Saturday August 11th, 2018 and traded in my car for a new Jeep. The one I wanted they didn't have on site, so they had to get it from another dealership. Made the deal, traded in the car, left it there and they gave me a loaner until my new one showed up. 1 hour later the dealership was completely flooded out and on the news. Vehicles were floating down the river behind the dealership. Come to find out, the car I traded in was moved to the back of the dealership minutes before the flooding happened and it was one of the casualties of the flash flood. The car had a viking funeral (w/o the fire). Under a very stressful situation the staff and management there were absolute professionals and cared very much that I was satisfied and happy with what was going on. We worked together to find the right Jeep for me and I couldn't be happier with the choices that were made. Elvin Fermin, Mike Markoski, and Victor Kavanach are true professionals and should be commended for the effort they put in to ensure my satisfaction during very troublesome times for them and their team.
