We did a lot of research online before deciding on our new GMC Terrain from Prestman Auto. Alec answered all of our questions about the title and the SUV providing full disclosure on its' history. Although he wasn't able to finish with us, Tracy stepped in and helped us get our new SUV. Their customer service was great; they didn't pressure us or try to push the sale before we were convinced this was the one! The price, including the 3 year warranty was extremely competitive. I am confident we purchased an awesome car....we WILL be back this summer for my husband's new car! Thanks again Alec for helping us love the car, and thank you Tracy for walking us through the purchase, trade-in-evaluation, financing, warranty and the photo op!!!
