As a tenant in an $1800 home, we have been riddled with problems since the day we moved in from an out of state move and the house was FILTHY and then had to be cleaned around 19,000 pounds of our household goods. We've gone without hot water (with a newborn) for 10 days when they were jerking around with an inground gas tank repair. They have screwed up every single repair request I have ever made. EVERY single one. Most recently they actually said it was okay that they were going to allow the homeowner's house to continue to flood for DAYS while a repair request was processed over the holiday weekend despite the fact that gallons and gallons of water were flooding (not leaking) the floor and ruining carpet and the pad underneath and possibly our personal belongings. Let alone caring if we had to go days without water if we figured out ourselves how to shut the water off because THEY REFUSED REPEATEDLY to send someone out to look at it.
