Worst experience ever!! Let me first say that I did not have Tyler, I had two of their other photographers for engagement shoot and wedding day. We planned a sunset engagement shoot and paid extra for the photographer to travel the distance he had to, he was over an hour late and we missed the lighting we wanted. We did not even get a good enough picture for save the dates. We met with Tyler's wife to discuss what happened and she was an hour late to the meeting. She suggested we not work with them which would leave us without a photographer months before our wedding! We ended up compromising and they did give us an extra hour for the wedding day. We had a few requests for photos for the wedding day and some do's and don'ts for pictures. Most of which we did NOT get. I don't even have a picture with my only sibling (that was in the wedding, by the way). I was hoping for one or two amazing shots that we could frame and did not even get that. I am still so disappointed. One of the only pictures I have with my bridesmaids was a silly one we did for fun. Overall, working with them was extremely unprofessional, disappointing and upsetting. I feel that the photographer for the wedding day did not put any effort in at all! I would not recommend them to anyone nor will I even use them again.
