My husband and I have stayed here a few times during our trips to LA/Beverly Hills and we have stayed here exclusively for the Grammys celebrations the past two years. Hilton does a very nice job partnering with the Grammys which makes for a very nice weekend. They go out of their way to make things special, which we appreciated. Everything from gifts in our room, to surprise Grammys desserts, and special transfers from LAX to hotel, and then to events, were all memorable. We have enjoyed the recent renovations we got to experience this year vs. last. The pool area is a nice spot to have a drink or outdoor lunch and relax. The waitstaff in all aspects of the hotel are unbelievably friendly and accommodating. The only thing I will say, however, are the prices. They seem very high even for Beverly Hills... $30 for a continental breakfast, $28 for avocado toast....$7.50 for a cappuccino. Just a little high. For room service, it's almost 20% gratuity added on to your bill (I believe it's 19.5% to be exact) is just presumptuous. Things like that rub me slightly the wrong way.
