We went here because they had so many stars on Google. The space was very tough. Unfortunately, I have gluten intolerance and need some extra service when eating out. So I asked the waitress if they had gluten free food. I was told that they had only 1 chicken dish that was gluten free and that one could order burger without bread. I chose the burger.
When this was served I got bread. As I told the waitress I couldn't have. Because it lay on top of burger breads.
When it was returned to the kitchen, the waitress comes back and asks if I can be sweetened, since they are deep-fried with things that have gluten in them. This is fine for me. I don't often react to fried potatoes.
When I say this she gets angry and asks why I can't have the burger when it's been on the bread. It will be difficult for me to explain. But breadcrumbs are much more dangerous to me than fried foods. The situation becomes very unpleasant. But they take and make me a new burger. Then comes a new burger and everything looks okay. The waitress is sour. And go back to another waiter. I can both see and hear the conversation they have. She takes and throws on cutlery while she cleans another drill and is angry.
When I start eating at the burger I notice it's raw. It is completely red on the inside. But then the situation is already unpleasant and I really just want to go from there. I choose not to say anything more, I eat the edge and the accessories. I give this place 2 stars. Sad to have to be the one who pulls down the cut. But this was my experience with O'Hara's.
