I am not sure how well the actual insurance aspect...

I am not sure how well the actual insurance aspect of this company is because my parents deal with that. But I called costumer service and was not on hold at all. The gentleman who helped me answered all my questions and helped me get some options for specialists and was generally just a nice guy. Overall nice phone call.
