Phone did not work. Coffee pot broken. Had to call...

Phone did not work. Coffee pot broken. Had to call room service using cell phone. Made staff aware. Coffee pot was replaced, but water reserve lid was broke off. Phone was not fixed. 2 day stay. Not Happy with this one.
