I am extremely upset with this company. I went to have my vehicle repaired after having it towed from some electrical failure. I am being told the repairs are not covered by a warranty I pay for monthly, I am not eligible for a rental and have missed 2 days of work of now, and it will almost cost 2000. Funny, I was just there this past Friday for an oil change and I left being told that everything is all set. I noticed a annoying weird squeal while the car was on and the engine sounded louder as if I did not just have an oil change. Since I am paranoid about everything when it comes to cars, I had it checked out by some coworkers. While we had it on and looking at my blinkers in the back, I noticed a horrible a smell and smoke. The car sounded horrible, it wouldn't turn on, and all power was gone. This dealership is telling me it is a main computer module and some other things; that sounds like an electrical item to me and electrical items are covered under my warranty. The car is only 5 years old and shouldn't have this main issue wrong that costs so much. I just purchased it from here in September. A refund of my warranty is not good enough to put towards the repair because no one has lump sums lying around for repairs that should be taken care of by the dealer or manufacturer. And of course the finance manager is not in today. I have been forced to seek legal representation and encouraged to express my concerns with fellow consumers. I was a big fan of this place and really enjoyed their customer service; however up until now I am sadly disgusted with their support. What is being done is extremely unfair and I will not stand for it.
