I just want to say thank you to everyone at Mark's...

I just want to say thank you to everyone at Mark's Jewelers for the best customer service i have ever received. Olivia our sales rep. bent over backwards to make my fiance feel as comfortable as possible during our entire shopping experience. She listened and didn't force anything on her, she just wanted her to get her perfect ring. My fiance would e-mail her and she would respond almost immediately. I come to find out that during their last exchange of e-mails occurred while Olivia was not only enjoying her time off from work, she was grocery shopping. So during our final visit on the purchase date my fiance had an idea of exactly what she wanted in her ring. Olivia not only listened and showed her options she employed the help of some other staff, I believe another sales rep. Katie and the general manager Mark. So my fiance now has 3 employees bending over backwards showing her different rings and settings devoting all of their attention to her and her alone. To see my fiance light up and enjoy all of that personal attention meant the world to me. Meanwhile the store has closed for the day, and they stayed on their time almost 2 whole hours of their own time to spend with their families. But they knew how important this was to my fiance so they stayed to make this special, and not once did they try and rush the process. They helped my fiance pick out her perfect ideal setting and a gorgeous forever mark diamond. When they went to finalize the paper work my fiance started to cry tears of joy. Olivia, Katie and Mark are some of the best people I have ever met. I can only imagine what the other staff is like there. I just wanted to say thank you from my perspective. I'm proud to say that I feel like Olivia, Katie and Mark have made me and my fiance a part of the Marks jewelers family, and I will probably never buy jewelry from anyone else.
