STAY AWAY. Returned a car after 6 days, 4 MONTHS later have no money returned, 200 points wiped from my credit score for "late payment" to them (didn't even have to make a payment as didn't get to a month and they put a hold on them!) and tried to say they couldn't even return the money so had to go to financial ombudsman! Couldn't even get another car on finance now if I wanted to so no car, no money and no credit score that I've been building since I was 19!! They sided with a garage Trading Standards have their eye on and had to constantly chase them.m to repsond. Seriously cannot believe a company like this exists - you'd think Santander would be reputable! BIGGEST MISTAKE IVE MADE.
