I am a little disappointed in the service provided...

I am a little disappointed in the service provided by this dealership. I am a BMW employee and am very familiar with the level of service expected by our customers. I was greeted warmly and surrendered my car to the rep for its 1st oil change. I was told to have a seat in the lounge and a rep would be right with me. An hour and 10 mins later, I decided to look for him. It took another 35 mins for me to get my car, even with declining the car wash, and seeing it parked in the pickup area for 15 mins. I know we're better than that!
