Called twice to confirm my address and pickup date...

Called twice to confirm my address and pickup date, gave them extra info on the phone, lady said she would "make a note" and everything would be taken care of. Yesterday they were supposed to pick up the donations and they're still here. Called me today to tell me they had the wrong address although I confirmed with them twice over the phone and twice over email and they acted like it was my fault. Nice. Try to be more reliable, probably better places to donate stuff to.
