Had a horrible experience trying to return a defective Bluetooth headset I purchased even though I had only just bought it the day before and had the receipt. The service was poor, dismissive and disrespectful. I was talked over and was refused even an exchange. The sales rep threw the receipt back at me and said to bad if the headset is defective. I was so shocked at the behaviour and felt so uncomfortable I just left.
