My oil change service was excellent but I needed my car looked at for it sounding like it was slipping in second gear. I had to make another appt. Which the lady said I would have to leave it all day. I could not leave it all day I have other things to do plus be at work on time and I have no other transportation. I did not like that service, so I couldn't keep that appt. You need to find another way to help people that can't afford to leave their vehicle all day.
Had my car serviced again, this visit went very well.
