In May 2015 I had a Terminix sale guy inform me about their termite treatments. I decided to get the treatment the next day and the technicians never showed on time. I took off work to be home for them and even text the sale rep to ensure they were coming between the time we set it up for. I called the toll free number and they had a different time down in the afternoon. I accepted it and still no one showed. The techs came in the evening and said they were early and hoped it was ok,. Early? they are hours late. He proceeded with the treatment and the tool he required was not working properly and needed to go back to the office to get a new one. Huge inconvenience on the entire day since I'm a single mom of 3 and trying to get them to sports and missing a day of work. They did come back that evening and completed the work. A week or so later I had to have them come back because I saw same or different bugs in the house. They came back and treated. The customer service and the Erlanger, KY branch manager never returns calls or would compensate me for any of my inconvenience (I tried for 2 month trying to resolve this). Very disrespectful and rude on their customer service habits. If I had to go through this again, I would have picked a different company if I knew the customer service would be like this, awful!
