I feel sorry for people who need help and have to ...

I feel sorry for people who need help and have to come here. I listened to my mom on the phone be mistreated by staff. And they would lie about her sleeping or being on the phone and she would call 2 minutes later saying she was waiting for the phone. They barely communicated with us. I was supposed to sign papers for my mom to be in my care and they just let her out the door. I went through her paperwork and there were other private emails for other patients mixed into hers. At least she was safe in there, but other than that I feel sorry for whoever has to be in their care.
