I have been a customer of Toyota of Deerfield Beach, since October 2012. Although I did not purchase my vehicle at this site, I am extremely please with the customer service I receive from Jesse James. In fact, I will NOT go to any other service representative for assistance. This is not due to the others not being helpful and friendly, because they are. I prefer to work with Jesse, because he is extremely knowledgeable about my vehicle and always provides me with tips and suggestions on what needs to be done immediately. I also love that he informs me of any sale offers. It is evident that he loves his job, and cares for his clients.
