Absolutely the most rude people I have ever encoun...

Absolutely the most rude people I have ever encountered. Your employee told me maybe if you paid on time this wouldn t happen. and that The Manager isn t going to do anything for you either. This concern has nothing to do with paying on time. It s about the changing of an agreement on y all s end! I missed a call, call back literally seconds later and was told yet again, 24hours before someone would reach out to me! This company isn t at all about customer service! The main concern for them is how much can we take from these people? This entire situation is playing out as a ransom! If you truly give a damn about your customers, then reply and reach out to those of us who are unhappy! Granted, there s probably thousands of us due to the OVERALL poor customer service NTTA offers!
