Staffs were friendly and helpful.

Staffs were friendly and helpful.
Soundproof of rooms were not in good condition. So it was difficult for me to stand the noise from the neighborhood, but the staffs were friendly and professional enough to receive my complaints and kindly remind him/to reduce the noise.
Thanks once again for that.
