I have been a BMW of Sterling sales and service customer for more than 12 years. Their high level of service is what keeps me loyal. As an owner of two BMWs I rely exclusively on my service advisor, Carlos Martel. He is THE go-to-guy for friendly, professional, and knowledgeable handling of all my service needs. Whether I have an appointment, or drop in with an emergency issue, Carlos is on it immediately as if I were his only customer. He assesses service needs quickly and accurately, and keeps me advised of work progress in a timely way so that there are no surprises. Carlos is more than a "service" advisor...he is my "trusted" advisor.
