Before, I was very pleased with the (customer) service Yourhosting. For some time it is not possible to call; contact is only possible via (not always accessible) chat, a chatbot that does not work well, whatsapp where you sometimes have to wait a day for an answer; email with an even slower answer. The slogan "Always Reachable" would in addition have "but the answer lmoet you have more patience all very annoying I also find it very haughty of a company to be not telephone time after time;!... Customer is just!
