When you made your appointment we asked that you arrive 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork and have your pretesting done. You were 10 minutes late for you appointment and by the time you were done with the paperwork and were pretested, you were in to the next patients appointment time. I explained to you, on the phone, and in person, that we would fit you back in to the schedule, but if the next patients were here early or on time, that we would take them first. I explained to you and your mother, that it was not fair to make them wait when they were on time. If you needed to reschedule, because you were going to be late for work, all you had to do was ask. I would have been happy to take care of that for you.
As to your last comment on your post, I was nothing but courteous and professional to you and your mother. As a minority myself, and someone who has been a target of prejudice, I take great offense to what you have accused me of. That never happened, and never would in this office.
