Rubbish service.. It takes average of 20-30mins to answer a phone.. I'm not talking about just this and last week when TNT server was down due to the cyber attack. It drives me mad whenever I need to make a call.. wish I never had to deal with this company. Shame to you TNT NZ this is my first time ever writing a review I hope nobody experiences this pain with you guys.
