I had been searching for a 991.1 in a certain colour combination and spec for quite a while. I found a 2013 at Hendrick Porsche in Charlotte NC that ticked all the boxes. I contacted the dealership and Amy Cook (Internet Sales Manager) put me in contact with Greg Dressel to guide me through the process of buying the car. Greg answered all of my questions, provided a complete history of the car and convinced me that this was the one. Unfortunately, as I live in AZ, a prior commitment did not allow me to purchase the car immediately. I hoped that it would be available after that commitment, and it was! I met Greg at the dealership to complete the sale. The car was exactly as Greg had described, better even! After the test drive we signed all the paperwork and she is now mine. Thanks to Padej Yakamna and his "magic board" for making the process seamless. This is the best experience I have had when purchasing an automobile. Greg went above and beyond what I was expecting. From our initial conversations, to meeting in person, and the shipment of the car to AZ, Greg nailed it! If I ever buy another Porsche, I will seek out Greg to be the one I buy it from.
