I had a mixed experience with Just go. The booking process was smooth, but the customer service left something to be desired. The agent I spoke to was not very knowledgeable and seemed uninterested in helping me. However, once I got to my destination, everything went smoothly and I had a great time. Overall, I would say Just go is a decent company with room for improvement.
