I've had nothing but good experiences with Jones for years. In one case I seemed to be having alternator trouble. I had my alternator replaced at another shop but continued to have an issue so went to Jones. They discovered a faulty wire to the back of my alternator connector -and- that the alternator the other shop installed was bad. Their transport service is always prompt and courteous as well.
