This was my first car purchase in 9 years. The staff was professional and courteous throughout the process, and I never felt pressured to close the deal. My sales associate, Steve Lerner, was extremely helpful in all phases of the sale, from ensuring the vehicle was prepped for a long test drive to pushing my vehicle through the generous appraisal process. I peppered Steve with numerous questions about the vehicle, a 2017 Mercedes-AMG GLE 43, and he answered most to my satisfaction. What questions he couldn't answer off hand, he found the answer in short order. I was particularly impressed that he, a BMW salesman, was knowledgeable about the competitor's products. I also wanted to compliment Anton, the financing rep. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Again, no pressure EVER. There is no doubt that I will buy a vehicle from this dealer and Steve again, maybe even a BMW :)
