Back to its former glory!

In the early 2000's super smokers was the best barbeque in the St. Louis area, but it swiftly fell from glory after financial troubles caused significant quality issues. After being burned a few times I quit going there for years.

New ownership has given new life to the restaurant, and I can confidently say it's back to its rightful place among the better barbeque restaurants in St. Louis. The brisket is tender and delicious and the pulled pork is fantastically smoked. The green beans are the best I've eaten anywhere... In fact it's not really fair to call them green beans because there's probably more bacon than beans in them. The barbeque sauce is and always has been my favorite barbeque sauce as well (it's refreshing to have high quality BBQ to pair with it once again).

I'm excited to have another option when looking for good barbeque and even more so because it's a resurgence of an old favorite!
