UPDATED: Excellent new facility - very spacious and many seating areas. Also a very large show room for the automobiles!
One small problem with my new LX though. It came with the upgraded 21" wheels - I asked if they could be changed back to the 20" wheels and was told "they don't come that way" even though the website shows them as "standard package". I am handicapped and that one inch keeps me from lifting my foot high enough to get on to the running board to get into the car. My husband has to shove me in. YES - ONE INCH DOES MAKE A DIFFERENCE when disabled. It wasn't the "cost" of the "upgraded wheels" it was the height difference. My 2008 LX had 20" wheels and I had no problem getting into it. UGH - now I have one more thing to deal with having a neuromuscular disease and thinking I was going to have a great car I COULD get into without much help.
Northside offered options to help with the height but my husband said if I get worse with my disease it won't matter so we decided to keep all as is - I LOVE MY NEW LX! GREAT JOB LEXUS WITH THE INTERIOR MATTE FINISHES!!!
