I recently utilized the services of this organization and found it to be a well-organized and competent care coordination provider. They are adept at understanding individual needs and tailoring their services accordingly. I appreciated the seamless communication and their dedication to making sure everything was in place. However, I felt that the response time could have been quicker, and there were a few occasions when I had to follow up on things. Nonetheless, their commitment to person-centered care is truly commendable. Overall, I would rate my experience as average. 👍🏼
