You have the worst customer service, I talked to a girl that referred me to tech support to see what channels I have and how to eliminate the ones I don't get on my guide. Tech support said I need to talk to customer service so they can tell me what channels I have, so talked to customer service and again she said there is no way to eliminate the channels I don't get from my guide and I would have to talk to tech support. She transferred me to tech support only wait on hold for 10 minutes or more and now here I am. Been a customer for over 30 years, I think its time to switch and try something new.
