We have had a great experience with Direct Communications. We've been customers of theirs for almost 4 years and have only had one small issue. When we called them to get it taken care of it was handled within just a couple of minutes and without having to stay on hold for hours like other companies. The staff is friendly and helpful and the service has been great. #customersforlife
