The worst service ever seen. To say the least disgusting. No assistance, I wrote to the postman under the package specifying the way home, very simple and about 20 or 30 meters from the initial intercom. Nothing. I did not even go downstairs to say anything despite having written it many times to be sure. 1 star is too much, but really too much for this mess. I try to call, nothing, pay and only pay without service. There is no operator, the tracking on the site does not read it in any way. A paid service should be immediately sent and above all, there should be assistance at night with what they charge. Nothing. Untraceable! They did not even want to do 20 meters more to bring it and not even have passed. Let loose anything that has to do with this crap because it's all useless, do not buy anything directly. pitiable
