SalesRep come in and speed talk you into his lie ! Cheaper tv ( true ) all thru Spectrum (lie ) Spectrum is not bundled withDish One ! Your statement will come 15 days before due and due in 30 days ( lie ) statement came 9 days and due in 15 days , Internet from Spectrum since we aren't bundled with Spectrum now Internet will be 69.99 , instead of reps quoted price of 39.99 ,another lie ! Installer will give TV guide ( lie ) have to call company , rep said he will take. Care of all problems if you have any , hasn't taken care of anything yet ! Talks on cell phone a lot but you never hear person on other end when it's a problem , You can hear office girl when he talks to her but not when he says he's talking to his manager to get Spectrum on track ( he says ) don't get
Stuck review all options before handing over card , no paper work so when you find him and talk to him he doesn't even know what he told you just a fast talker and words that means nothing ! If he says he will be back the afternoon after 3 pm or next day don't believe him never comes back unless you track him down at a neighbors, I would not recommend getting DishOne from a sales rep ! It seems they go for older residence and are not honest on any thing they promise ! So sad and disappointed in them ! Don't talk to them, bid the farewell and go on your home , sweet fast talkers
