Brought my car in to get alarm fixed when I came to pick up my keys the alarm on my car didnt even work. So now I m sitting here still on my time waiting for them again! Even though my car should have been drive ready!!! For the price I was charged this is ridiculous!!!!

Finally got my car back today. They replaced a tint senor on my car on Friday ( the reason I bought it in ) then tell me that the reason that alarm is still not working is cause the new senor is not communicating with the car..... So you call me and tell me the car is ready for pick up but yet the new senor was not tested to insure it worked? and I noticed in 3 seconds of having the keys in my hand that is wasn't working. HOW IS THAT POSSILBLE? You replace a piece then don't check to in sure it is not a defective part ( cause I understand that can happen ). BUT TO NOT EVEN TEST THE PART TO MAKE SURE. HOW can you call your self luxury when this is the service I have received? To not even be truth worthy enough to check over there own work to make sure the cars they are sending back out are SAFE and working..
I will NEVER EVER go back to this dealership!!!! This much of an issue for a SENOR replacement REALLY!!!!!!!! So glad your tech are trained in the art of get er done and get the next one going... DISGRACFUL. They tried to Cover their own selfs the whole time with one excuse after another. Use caution when going here. Or anther dealership.
