took my prius in to the service shop with a small knock in the engine. they called and said i needed a new engine and said the knocking was coming from the lower half of the engine and that it would cost 5000$. i took it to another mechanic who fixed it for 200$ and he said it was in the upper half of the engine. the so called specialist i got was a joke with zero customer service skills i will not be taking my car here again
