I don't give 5 stars because you can always improve ... I was there on August 2nd (Sunday) I arrived in a deserted Rome with the car without traffic and queues I parked in front of the entrance of the bio park ... very kind staff (not even seemed to be in Rome) challenging but very satisfying visit. Animals kept well and in shape ... shady path ... clean toilets ... normal costs for such structures ... taking it easy and seeing all the enclosures it takes about 4 hours!
